-Reservations will be subject to availability of dates and days.

-Any requested reservation will be held for our guest once 50% or 100% of the total amount has been paid. If the remaining 50% is paid, it must be cancelled the day before check-in. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

-After making the deposit, please send proof of payment to 87234000 and provide your full name, phone number, email address, number of guests, and date. We will then send a reservation confirmation email.

-Our rates are valid as of the date of publication and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed and paid reservations are exempt from any rate changes.

-FORCE MAJEURE: Magia del Poas is exempt from liability for the non-execution of the agreements specified in this document, caused directly or indirectly by any circumstance beyond human control, however, it will offer the option to rebook, provided there is availability.

-Prostitution and the exploitation of minors are not permitted on our premises. Therefore, guests who violate this policy must leave the property without any refund.
